Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will also be charged the full appointment fee.

If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

In the event of a true emergency, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Dr. Lisa Piper.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
